IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officer Selection Process 2025
The IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officer Recruitment 2025 selection process includes multiple stages to ensure the recruitment of the most suitable candidates. The process consists of:
(i) Computer-Based Test (CBT) – An objective-type exam with two sections: General Aptitude (covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language) and Discipline Knowledge (specific to the candidate’s field of expertise)
(ii) Group Discussion (GD) / Group Task (GT) – Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for GD/GT to assess their communication skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork.
