NIACL Assistant Phase-II Online Examination Call Letter Out

The Phase II Main Examination will be conducted exclusively for candidates shortlisted based on their Phase I results. The examination features objective-type multiple-choice questions, structured as follows:

The total duration of the Phase II Main Examination is 120 minutes, though candidates should plan for approximately 180 minutes at the venue, including time for logging in, collecting call letters, and reviewing instructions. All tests except the Test of English Language are available in English and Hindi.

Questions offer five answer options, with only one correct choice. Select the most appropriate answer by clicking it with your mouse. A penalty applies for incorrect answers: 1/4th of the question’s marks will be deducted for each wrong response.

General Instructions for Phase II Main Examination

  • Check the date, reporting time, and venue details in your call letter.
  • Visit the venue a day prior to the Online Exam 2025 to confirm its location and ensure timely arrival.
  • Submit your authenticated Preliminary and Main examination call letters, along with a photocopy of photo identity proof (stapled together), at the end of the exam. Write your Registration No. and Roll No. on the photocopy and provide your Left Thumb Impression and signature on the Main call letter and attendance sheet in the invigilator’s presence.
  • Follow the Test Administrator’s and Company Representative’s instructions strictly. Violations will lead to disqualification.
  • Calculators, books, notes, cell phones, or electronic devices are prohibited during the exam.
    Bring your call letter (with photo affixed), an original valid photo ID (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar), and a photocopy—this is mandatory. Submit these to the invigilator. Ensure your name matches across documents; mismatches will bar you from the exam. Name change cases require a Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit.
  • Biometric data (thumb impression) and a photograph will be captured before the exam. Ensure clean, dry fingers for accurate capture.
  • Bring a ball-point pen and optionally an ink stamp pad (blue/black). Use the provided rough paper and submit it with your call letter and ID photocopy after the exam.
  • Technical issues during the exam may delay proceedings or require rescheduling at the test body’s discretion.
  • Unauthorized sharing or storage of test content will lead to prosecution.
  • Providing false information or violating rules at any stage will disqualify you from this and future recruitment processes.
  • Note the provisions of The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
