NPCIL Executive Trainee Application Fee 2025

As per the NPCIL Recruitment through GATE 2025, a non-refundable application fee of ₹500 is applicable only to male candidates belonging to the following categories:

(i) General (UR)

(ii) Economically Weaker Section (EWS)

(iii) Other Backward Classes (OBC)

NPCIL Executive Trainee Placement 2025 – Location Details

After successfully completing training, selected Executive Trainees (ETs) will take up postings at various NPCIL and Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) establishments across India or even abroad, depending on organizational requirements.

Stream-Wise Posting Details:
(i) PHWR Stream (Pressurised Heavy Water Reactor):
Most ETs in this stream will join PHWR operating stations, ongoing projects, or upcoming PHWR sites across the country.

(ii) LWR Stream (Light Water Reactor):
ETs in this stream will primarily work at the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant (KKNPP) or other LWR operating stations and related projects.

(iii) Tarapur Posting:
A limited number of ETs may also receive postings at Tarapur Atomic Power Station (TAPS) Units 1 & 2 in Tarapur, Maharashtra.

NPCIL Executive Trainee 2025 Selection Process – GATE Based Recruitment

The selection process for NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 is based on GATE scores and personal interviews, as detailed below:

Step 1: Shortlisting Based on GATE Scores
NPCIL will shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview based on their valid GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores, in order of merit. The shortlisting ratio will be 1:12, meaning 12 candidates will be selected for each vacancy.
