Odisha Adarsha Vidhalaya Sangathan (OAVS) has released the notification for the recruitment of Principal and Teacher posts. Eligible candidates can apply online before 06-04-2023 (17:00 hrs).

OR Persons holding posts of PGT as Lecturer in Central/ State Govt/ Autonomous organization of the Central/ State Govt in pay band of Rs.15600-39100 with GP-5400/ current pay level-12 of ORSP rules, 2017 with at least 5 years regular service in the aforesaid grade. OR 10 years combined regular services as TGT in the pay band of Rs.9300-34800 with GP-4600/ current pay level -10 of OSRP rules 2017 and PGT in the pay band of Rs.9300-34800 with GP-4800/ current pay level-11 of OSRP rules 2017 in Central/ State Govt/ Autonomous organization of the Central/ State Govt out of which 3 years as PGT. OR The candidate working and having 2 years of experience as Principal in Aided/ Semi Government/ Private Institution having conducted at least 2 batches of 10tn standard board examination affiliated to CBSE/ ICSE. |

Pay Scale:-
(i) Principal – Rs.67700/-
(ii) PGT – Rs.47600/-
(iii) TGT, Art Teacher – Rs.44900/-
Age Limit:- Principal – 32 to 50 years, All Other Posts – 21 to 38 years
Application Fee:- Candidates have to pay below mentioned application fee through online payment using credit card/ debit card and net banking through State Bank Collect only.

How to Apply:- Candidates have to apply online mode only. Candidates has to take the print out of the application form containing the auto generation application number for future use.
Selection Procedure:- Computer Based Test, Interview and Performance Test
Notes:-
(i) Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
(ii) No TA/ DA is admissible for attending the interview.
(iii) Fee once paid will not be refunded.
(iv) Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature of the applicant.
(v) Candidates will have an option to respond either in Odia or English during interview.
