Candidates applying for the UPSC Exam 2025 can pay an application fee of Rs.200/-. No Application fee for Female candidates and those belonging to SC/ST categories.

UPSC Assistant Commandant Exam 2025 – Selection Process
The selection process for Assistant Commandant consists of multiple stages to assess candidates’ suitability for the role. The selection procedure includes:
- Written Examination – Conducted by UPSC on 3rd August 2025.
- Physical Standards Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Candidates who qualify in the written exam will undergo physical tests.
- Interview/Personality Test – Shortlisted candidates from PST/PET will be called for an interview conducted by UPSC.
- Medical Standards Test – Candidates must meet the prescribed medical fitness standards to qualify.
