Account holders and non-account holders alike can visit the nearest branch of any bank and fill out the 'Request Slip' to exchange 32,000 notes.

Fill in the 'Tenderer's' name in capital letters and the acceptable ID proof's Unique Identification Number.

Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, NREGA Card, and Population Register are all acceptable ID evidence for the exchange of 32,000 notes.

Fill in 32,000 under 'Denomination,' select the amount of notes to be exchanged, state the total value, and sign the form.
