Applications are to be submitted in the prescribed Proforma either by email at establishpune.amo@gmail.com/ post or by hand at Office of Administrative Medical Officer, Ground Floor, Panchdeep Bhavan, Sr. no. 689/90 Bibvewedi, Pune 411037. Candidate should be present at the interview with original certificates.

- No TA/ DA will be paid for appearing for Interview.
- Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
