Eligibility Criteria: Bank of Baroda Security Officer Job Opening 2024
The candidate must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible for the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024.
Age Limit: The prescribed age limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 is 25 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: (i)Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute. (ii) The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force OR The candidate should be a police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police with a minimum 5 years of service as Class – I Gazetted Officer in Police Force. OR The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to or above Assistant Commandant with a minimum of five years service as Class -I Gazetted Officer in Paramilitary Forces.
Application Fee: BOB Manager Security Hiring 2024
To apply online for BOB Recruitment 2024 candidates have to pay a certain amount of application fee in online mode. Candidates belonging to the GEN/OBC/EWS category are required to pay Rs. 600/- and candidates from the ST/SC/PwD/Women category will have to pay Rs.100/-. Applicants have to pay the payment gateway charges.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Bank of Baroda — www.bankofbaroda.co.in. Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO BANK OF BARODA AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
Selection Procedure: Bank of Baroda Security Manager Job 2024
The selection process for the Manager – Security (MMG/S-II) position includes an initial online test, a psychometric test or another relevant assessment, and subsequent stages of Group Discussion and Interview for candidates who qualify in the online test. The Bank reserves the right to modify the shortlisting criteria or interview process based on the number of eligible applications. Multiple selection methodologies, such as Multiple Choice, Descriptive, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion, or Interviews, may be considered at the Bank’s discretion. The specific centers for the Online Test, Group Discussion, and Interviews will be determined at a later date, taking into account administrative feasibility.
