Candidates can attend the walk-in-interview along with prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, permanent residence, marks sheet, degree, experience etc on 03-09-2024 (09:30 AM) at (Committee Room) Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
Application Fee and Payment Mode:-
The applicant must enclose demand draft (Non-refundable) in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot as under:
(i) General Category- Rs. 1770 (Fee Rs. 1500 + GST Rs. 270 @ 18 %)
(ii) SC Category- Rs. 885 (Fee Rs. 750 + GST Rs. 135 @ 18 %)
Notes:-
- Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
- Vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing for the document verification process.
- The candidate must have knowledge of Punjabi language upto matriculation standard or equivalent.
