Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced a recruitment drive for various positions, including Block Agriculture Officer, Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer/ Deputy Project Director and Assistant Director with a total of 1051 vacancies in the Agriculture Department of the Government of Bihar. Starting from January 15, eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website at bpsc.bih.nic.in. The application fees for Bihar Block Agriculture Officer Recruitment 2024 are as follows:
General Candidates: Rs. 750/-
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: Rs. 200/-
All reserved/unreserved category female candidates: Rs. 200/-

Selection Procedure: BPSC Agriculture Officer Hiring 2024
The examination pattern for the BPSC Agriculture Officer Recruitment 2024 is structured as follows:
1. General Hindi: 100 questions, 100 marks, 2 hours duration
2. General Knowledge: 100 questions, 100 marks, 2 hours duration
3. Subject Related Paper 1: 100 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours duration
4. Subject Related Paper 2: 100 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours duration
5. Total: 400 questions, 600 marks, 8 hours duration
The written exam will be objective-type, consisting of 400 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates are advised to prepare for each section according to the specified marks distribution and duration. Document Verification, and Interview are the final rounds.

Upon successful submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO THE BIHAR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (BIHAR PSC) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
