Vacancy: 15 positions
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (9 positions), Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (4 positions), Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (2 positions)
Age Limit: Not specified
Stipend: Rs 9,000 per month for Mechanical Engineering graduates; unspecified for other disciplines

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

Vacancy: 10 positions
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (5 positions), Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering (5 positions)
Age Limit: Not specified
Stipend: Rs 8,000 per month for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering graduates; unspecified for other disciplines

Trade (ITI) Apprentices

Education: ITI in Fitter (33 positions), ITI in Electrician (12 positions), ITI in Electronic Mechanic (6 positions), ITI in Turner (5 positions), ITI in COPA (5 positions), ITI in Machinist (4 positions)

How to Apply for DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates. The typed application along with the self-attested photocopies of documents, Caste Certificate & Identity Proof) should reach the “The Director, Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL), Kanchanbagh PO, Hyderabad-500058” on or before 07-03-2024 by Speed Post / Registered Post Only. The sealed envelope containing the application form and other documents should be super-scribed as “Application for Apprenticeship Training at ASL”

Selection will be based on academic merit, written tests, or interviews. The exact Date, Time, and Venue for the examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well and such information will be also available on the official website of Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL) in Hyderabad, part of the APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex run by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO).
