IDBI Bank Limited has released the notification for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officer Post. Under the Specialist Cadre Officer (SO) , IDBI is recruiting various posts-Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. The registration process will start on June 01, 2023 and the last date is June 15, 2023.

OR
Graduates in any stream with Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
OR
M.Sc (IT/ Computer Science)/ MCA/ M Tech/ M.E – Information Technology (IT) / Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Electrical/ Electronics/Software Engineering/ Digital Banking/ Computer Science from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 7 years in BFSI of which 4 years should be in the relevant role as mentioned in job description.
Deputy General Manager (Grade D) (Economist) 01 (i) Post Graduate Degree in Economics/ Business Economics from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 10 years of work experience with 7 years of relevant experience as officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ RBI / PSUs/Central or State Govt. Departments / Corporate Entities/ BFSI.
Manager (Grade D) (Economist) 01 (i) Post Graduate Degree in Economics from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of work experience with 2 years of relevant experience as officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks / RBI / PSUs / Central or State Govt. Departments / Corporate Entities/ BFSI.
Deputy General Manager (Grade D) (Information Security) 02 (i) B.E. / B. Tech. (in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information and Communication Technology/ Electronics & Communications / Electrical/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering)/ BCA, B Sc (Computer Science/ IT) from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. (ii) Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Cyber Security / Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector / Financial Technology (FinTech) and out of which 7 years in the area of Information Security / Cyber Security.
Assistant General Manager (Grade C) (Information Security) 04 (i) B.E. / B. Tech. (in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information and Communication Technology/ Electronics & Communications / Electrical/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering)/ BCA, B Sc (Computer Science/ IT) from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Manager (Grade B) (Credit Risk) 02 (i) Chartered Accountant
(ii) Minimum 4 years of experience out of which 2 years of relevant experience in BFSI/ PSUs / Central or State Govt. Departments / Corporate Entities.
Manager (Grade B) (Market Risk) 03 (i) Graduate Degree in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of experience out of which 2 years of relevant experience as officer in BFSI / PSUs / Central or State Govt. Departments / Corporate Entities.
Manager (Grade B) (Technical) 04 (i) B.E / B.Tech (in Computer Science & Engineering /Computer Science /Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Electrical/ Electronics & Electrical/ BCA/ B Sc (Computer Science / IT) from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 04 years of work experience with 2 years of relevant experience as officer in BFSI, preferably in the area of Risk Management.
Manager (Grade B) (General Risk) 03 (i) MBA (Finance) from a reputed University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 04 years of work experience with 2 years of relevant experience as officer in BFSI / PSUs / Central or State Govt. Departments / Corporate Entities in the area of Risk Management.
Deputy General Manager (Grade D) (Fraud Risk Management) 01 (i) Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 10 years of experience in BFSI/ Financial Technology Sector.
Assistant General Manager (Grade C) (Fraud Risk Management) 04 (i) Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 7 years of experience in BFSI/ Financial Technology Sector.
Manager (Grade B) (Fraud Risk Management) 04 (i) Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI/ Financial Technology Sector.
Manager (Grade B) (Treasury) 05 (i) Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience of dealing in Financial Market instruments (SLR/Non-SLR securities, Money Market instruments, Forex, Derivative) in BSFI, Corporate Sector besides implementation of hedging strategies, compliance with statutory bodies, MIS etc.
Assistant General Manager (Grade C) (Premises) 05 (i) B.Tech/B.E in Civil/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer in BFSI sector and/ or Large Corporates from Infrastructure sector /PSU/Govt. Institutions, with at least 4 years’ experience in handling Civil/Electrical/ Various Engineering activities including tendering process, maintenance of office building/ quarters & work related to setting up of new branches/offices.
Manager (Grade B) (Security) 08 (i) Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of experience as an officer with at least 2 years should have been a Commissioned Officer of the rank of Officer in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force/ Para-military forces including officers from Short Service Commission (SSC) or from BFSI, having relevant experience in functional area.
Deputy General Manager (Grade D) (Legal) 02 (i) Graduation in Law from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 10 years of experience: a) as a law officer in Banking and Financial Service (BFSI) /ARC /Government entities/ Regulatory bodies; OR b) as a practicing Advocates of which at least 7 years should be as a law officer in Banking and Financial Service (BFSI) /ARC /Government entities/Regulatory bodies
Assistant General Manager (Grade C) (Legal) 6 (i) Graduation in Law from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 7 years of experience: a) as a law officer in Banking and Financial Service (BFSI) /ARC /Government entities/ Regulatory bodies; OR b) as a practicing Advocates of which at least 4 years should be as a law officer in Banking and Financial Service (BFSI) /ARC /Government entities/Regulatory bodies
Manager (Grade B) (Legal) 04 (i) Graduation in Law from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Assistant General Manager (Grade C) (Corporate Credit) 20 (i) Post-Graduation from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 7 years of experience in credit functions viz. credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, etc. in Public Sector Bank/ Private Sector Bank (as defined under RBI Act)
Manager (Grade B) (Corporate Credit) 40 (i) Post-Graduation from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of experience in credit functions viz. credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, etc. in Public Sector Bank/ Private Sector Bank (as defined under RBI Act)

Post Wise Age Limit:-

(i) Manager:- 25 – 35 years
(ii) Assistant General Manager:- 28 – 40 years
(iii) Deputy General Manager:- 35 – 45 years

Pay and Allowances:-

(i) Manager:- Rs.98,000/- per month
(ii) Assistant General Manager:- Rs.1,28,000/- per month
(iii) Deputy General Manager:- Rs.1,55,000/- per month
