Department of Posts has released the notification for the recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevak (Branch Postmaster (BPM) and Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)) in Branch Post Offices created in the year 2023. Eligible candidates can submit their applications by 11-06-2023. GDS is filling the Gramin Dak Sevak Posts through shortlisted (Merit list for 10th standard).
GDS Post Office Recruitment 2023:-

Post-wise Pay Scale:-
(i) Branch Postmaster (BPM) – Rs.12,000-29,380/-
(ii) Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) – Rs.10,000-24,470/-
Age Limit:-
The candidates should be 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as of 11.06.2023.
Application Fee and Mode of Payment:-
Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode only.
(i) General and OBC – Rs. 100/-
(ii) SC / ST / Female – Exempted
GDS Online Application:-
Eligible candidates should Apply Online mode only. Before submission of the online application, applicants must check through the preview option that they have filled correct details in each field of the form.
GDS Recruitment 2023 Process of Selection:-
The selection process shall consist will be shortlisted for engagement on the basis of a system-generated merit list, and Candidates who are shortlisted based on the merit list can go for verification of the original documents.
Post Office GDS Recruitment Notes:-
(i) Applications submitted without complete data will be rejected.
(ii) Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
(iii) Fee once paid will not be refunded.
