Oil India Engineer Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for the Superintending Engineer (Production) position involves two phases. In Phase I, candidates will undergo a Computer Test (CBT) which carries 85% weightage. Qualifying marks apply, with 50% for General, OBCs & EWS, and 40% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. Phase II consists of a Personal Interview (PI) carrying 15% weightage, with no qualifying marks. The combined marks from CBT and PI will determine the merit list. Candidates who qualify for the CBT will proceed to the PI stage, with a ratio of 1:5 called for PI based on CBT scores. Provisionally selected candidates will undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) before final selection.
