Selection Procedure: PGCIL Supervisor/ Engineer Bharti
Selection process for the various posts under the PGCIL consist of two stages, which are different from one another for each post.
Field Supervisor:
- Screening Test
- Duration: 1 hour
- Sections and Questions:
Technical Knowledge Test: 50 questions based on Diploma syllabus in the relevant discipline.
Aptitude Test: 25 questions on logical reasoning, data interpretation, comprehension, vocabulary, data sufficiency, and numerical ability. - Type: All questions are MCQs with equal weightage (1 mark each), and no negative marking.
- Qualifying Marks: 40% for Unreserved and 30% for reserved vacancies.
- Language Option: Candidates can choose to appear for the Screening Test in Hindi or English.
- Document Verification
Candidates who will pass the first stage of the selection process will be called for Documentation.
Field Engineer:
- Screening Test
- Duration: 1 hour
- Sections and Questions:
