Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Sub Divisional Officer/Engineer (Civil/Public Health), Sub Divisional Officer (Public Health) (Group-A) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil) (Group-A) in the Department of Water Supply and Sanitation, Government of Punjab). Eligible candidates can apply before 11-08-2023 (11:59:00 PM).

Age Limit for Sub Divisional Officer/Engineer:-
Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01/01/2023. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per Punjab govt rules.
Application and Examination Fee:-
The candidates are required to pay the application fee via online mode only as mentioned below:
(i) Scheduled Castes/ ST of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only – Rs.750/-
(ii) Ex-Serviceman of Punjab state only – Rs.500/-
(iii) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), (PWD) and Lineal Descendants of Ex-Serviceman (LDESM) Punjab – Rs.500/-
(iv) All Other Categories i.e., General, Sports Persons of Punjab and Wards of Freedom Fighters, Punjab – Rs.1500/-

Procedure for Selection:-
The candidates have to appear in Joint Competitive Examination for selection and shortlisted candidates have to appear for interview.

(i) The number of posts may be increased or decreased.
(ii) Should have passed Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language.
