Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Tamilnadu has released the notification for recruiting an Assistant Geologist post. Eligible candidates can submit their applications before 23.06.2023 (11.59 p.m.). TNPSC is filling the 40 posts of Assistant Geologist Posts through the CBT Examinations.

TNPSC Recruitment Age Limit and Relaxation:-
The candidates must be 18 or above years of age but not more than the age of 32 years in this post. Age relaxation is available to different categories of eligible candidates.
Application Fee and Mode of Payment:-
Candidates have to deposit non-refundable examination fees of Rs. 150/- and a Registration Fee of Rs. 150/- through online mode through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card.

Selection Procedure for TNPSC Recruitment, 2023
Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test in the form of an interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Oral Test taken together subject. Only those candidates who will qualify for the Written Examination will be allowed to go to the interview and verification of the original documents.
Important Notes for the TNPSC:-
(i) Applicants should appear for the CBT examinations/certificate verification at their own expense.
(ii) The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of examination centers and to re-allot the applicants accordingly.
(iii) Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected after due process.
