Qualification – (i) Diploma in Mining Engineering (ii) 3 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines Or (i) Matric (ii) 6 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines out of which at least one year in supervisory capacity

Age Limit and Relaxation for HCL Post
The upper age limit is 35 years for General and EWS candidates. Upper age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates.
Application Fee and Mode of Payment
As stated in the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates belonging to the category of OBC and EWS have to pay an application fee of Rs.500 and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees. The application fee is non-refundable.
How to Apply: HCL Foreman and Mining Mate Recruitment 2023
Candidates who wish to apply can apply online and application date starts from 15-09-2023. After online submission, the duly filled-in application form shall reach through Registered / Speed Post / Courier only to the Deputy General Manager (HR) Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand Copper Project, Tehsil Birsa, PO Malanjkhand Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh 481116 on or before the closing date of receiving the application, i.e. 14-10-2023 upto 05:00 PM.
Selection Procedure for HCL Recruitment:-
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by a Trade Test. Written Tests shall be held in the form of multiple-choice questions. Successful candidates in the written tests shall further go for the Trade Test. The Trade Test shall be conducted on the same day for the successful candidates in the written test. The final placement of the candidate in the Company will be subject to the selected candidates being found medically fit by the Company’s Medical Officer/ Board for the posts for which they have been selected. The decision of the Medical Board constituted by the Company will be final and binding.

- Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
