Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 – 242 Vacancies

Indian Navy has released the notification for the unmarried men and unmarried women candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) for course commencing Jan 2024 onwards at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. There are a total of 242 vacancies to be filled for the posts. Eligible candidates can apply before 14 May 2023.

Branch Cadre Vacancies Educational Qualification
General Service [GS(X)] 50 B.E/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
Air Traffic Controller (ATC) 10 BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. (Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in class X or class XII).
Naval Air Operations Officer (NAOO) 20 BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. (Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in class X or class XII).
Pilot 25 BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. (Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in class X or class XII).
Logistics 30 (i) BE/B.Tech in any discipline with First Class or
(ii) MBA with First Class, or
(iii) B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.Sc.(IT) with First class along with PG Diploma in Finance/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Material Management, or
(iv) MCA/ M.Sc (IT) with First Class
Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre (NAIC) 15 BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Mechanical / Mechanical with Automation / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Micro Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Tele Communication /Instrumentation & Control / Control Engineering / Production / Industrial Production / Industrial Engineering / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Application / Metallurgy / Metallurgical / Chemical/ Material Science / Aero Space / Aeronautical Engineering OR Post Graduate degree in Electronics / Physics. Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in class X or class XII.
Education 12 (i) 60% marks in M.Sc. (Maths/Operational Research) with Physics in B.Sc.
(ii) 60% marks in M.Sc. (Physics/Applied Physics) with Maths in B.Sc.

Pay and Allowances for SSC Officer Recruitment

The basic pay of SLt starts from Rs. 56100/- along with other allowances as applicable

Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 How to Apply:-

Candidates are to register and fill the Apply Online on Indian Navy website. Candidates are to take print out of application and carry it while appearing for SSB interview

Selection Procedure for Indian Navy SSC Officer:-

Shortlisting of application will be based on normalized marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for SSB interview through e-mail or SMS.

Important Notes:-

Vacancies are tentative and may be changed depending on availability of training slots.
The final selection will be subject to verification of the certificate by DGNCC/concerned NCC unit for its validity.
