King George’s Medical University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow has released the notification for the recruitment of Nursing Officer (previously known as Sister Grade-II) through online Computer Based Test (CBT). Online Application forms will be displayed shortly.

Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University. (ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/India Nursing Council. OR 2. (i) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized by Institute/ Board or council. (ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/ Indian Nursing Council. (iii)Two years’ experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned at 2(i) above. |
Age Limit and Relaxation:-
The candidate have to attain the age of 18 years and should not be more than 40 years of age. The upper age limit relaxation will be as specified by the Government Rules.
Category wise Application Fee:-
The application fees are not refundable in any circumstances and the amount is to be pay online mode:-
1. Unreserved (UR) – Rs.1180/-
2. OBC/EWS – Rs.1180/-
3. SC/ST/PwD – Rs.708/-
Nursing Officer Recruitment: How to Apply
Application form is available online at the University website as per schedule. Applicant scan submit their application online. There is no provision for offline application.
Selection Procedure for Nursing Officer:-
The selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test only.
KGMU Recruitment 2023 Important Notes:-
(i) Numbers of posts/positions may increase/ decrease.
(ii) No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in Written Test.
(iii) The medium of computer-based test/ exam will be in English & Hindi language only.
