Online application form is available only on the official website of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Candidates are requested to keep printouts of their application form along with all the relevant documents (i.e Age, Qualification, date of birth, NOC, Caste Certificate etc.) after completing the process of online submission of application.

(i) General and SC/ST/BC of areas/States other than Punjab, Haryana and U.T. Chandigarh:- Rs.700/-
(ii) SC/ST/BC of areas/States of Punjab, Haryana, and U.T. Chandigarh:- Rs.600/-
(iii) Ex-servicemen/ Persons with disabilities (PWD):- Rs.600/-
