3. Click on “New OTR Registration “
4. Fillup the Registration Form with Your Name, Mobile Number & Gmail ID.
5. Now Goto “Applicant Login” Section and Enter Your OTR Registration Number to Login.
6. Upload Important Documents.
7. Upload Your Recently Passport size colour photograph & Signature.
8. Pay Requried Fees as your Category.
9. Click on “SUBMIT” Button.
10. Now Print Your Application Form on A4 size Paper.
