UPSC Recruitment 2023 – 285 Vacancies

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Senior Farm Manager, Cabin Safety Inspector, Head Librarian, Scientist and Other Various Posts. Eligible candidates can apply before 01-06-2023 (23:59 hrs).

UPSC Various Posts Recruitment 2023:-

Post Name and Pay Scale Vacancies Qualification and Experience
Senior Farm Manager
Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
01 (i) M.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture from a recognized University or Institute.
(ii) Three years regular experience in the field of horticulture crops production or farm management or protected cultivation from Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Autonomous organization or recognized research institution or Universities.
Cabin Safety Inspector
Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
20 (i) Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board.
(ii) Ten years’ experience as Cabin Crew and presently working as Cabin Crew.
Head Librarian
Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
01 (i) Degree of a recognized University.
(ii) Degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science from a recognized University or Institution.
(iii) About five years’ experience in a Library of standing.
Scientist-B
Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
07 (i) Master’s Degree in Zoology from a recognized University.
(ii) Three Years’ experience in research and technique in the field of Zoology from the Central or State or Union territory Government/ Autonomous Body or Statutory Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognized Research Institutes.
Specialist Grade-III (Ophthalmology)
Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
10 (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality or Superspeciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI i.e., Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology); or Doctor of Medicine (Ophthalmology); or Diplomat National Board (Ophthalmology) or Post Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology; or Post Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery.
(iii) Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty or super-speciality after obtaining the Post-graduate degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.
Specialist Grade III (Psychiatry)
Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
03 (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality or Superspeciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI i.e., Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry); or Doctor of Medicine (Psychological Medicine); or Diplomat National Board (Psychiatry/ Psychological Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine) with Diploma in Psychological Medicine; or Diplomat National Board (Medicine) with Diploma in Psychological Medicine; or Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Medicine; or Post Graduate Diploma in Psychiatry.
(iii) Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree, or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.
Assistant Chemist
Level- 08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
03 Master’s Degree in Chemistry /Organic Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science from a recognized University or Institute.
Assistant Labour Commissioner
Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
01 (i) A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized university in Social work or Labor welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management, or a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
(ii) Two years’ experience in the field of Labour Welfare Work/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management
Medical Officer
Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
234 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holder of Educational Qualification included in part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship candidates who may not have completed the rotating internship shall be eligible to appear for the written examination provided that, if selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment
General Duty Medical Officer
Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
05 (i) Degree in Homeopathy of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/Council of equivalent recognized under the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973).
(ii) Enrollment on State Register or Central Register of Homeopathy.

 

Age Limit and Relaxation:-

Candidates can check the post wise age limit from given below. Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
(i) Senior Farm Manager, Head Librarian, Scientist, Assistant Labour Commissioner, General Duty Medical Officer – 35 years
(ii) Cabin Safety Inspector, Specialist Grade III – 40 years
(iii) Assistant Chemist – 30 years
(iv) Medical Officer – 32 years

Application Fee and Mode of Payment:-

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment. Female/ SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

How to Apply UPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification:-

Eligible candidates are advised to Apply Online through the UPSC website. After submitting the Online Recruitment Application, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the application.

UPSC Recruitment 2023 Selection Procedure:-

Shortlisting candidates will be called for the Interview. The printout of the online application and the Original Documents/ Certificates along with self attested copies and other items specified are to be produced at the time of interview.

Notes for UPSC Recruitment 2023:-

(i) Application fee once paid shall not be refunded.
(ii) Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
